SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority. Orders typically take up to 3-4 business day to be processed.
TRACKING MY ORDER
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS, NO CHANGES, NO CANCELLATIONS once order is placed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges receive store credit only. Items purchased from Sobella House Of Fashion are eligible for Exchange or store credit within 10 business days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
CONDITIONS
Any product returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements. Please include your original invoice slip upon returning.
RETURNS
You will be contacted via email when your return package has arrived and been delivered back to our location. Once the return is processed and the credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, returns can take up to 7 business days to process upon reaching our facility.
